MILLISON'S JEGGE. English, Jig. D Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. "Millison's Jig" appears in the first edition of John Playford's English Dancing Master (London, 1651), and was retained in subsequent editions through the 7th (1686). The jig is similar to Playford's "Black Nag (1) (The)," introduced in the 3rd edition of the Dancing Master (1657).
