MOVING IN DECENCY [1] (Ag Bogadh linn go Measúil). AKA - "Moving on Old Decency." AKA and see "All Around Gortin," "Jer Quigley’s." Irish, Reel. E Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The alternate title "Moving in Old Decency," which sometimes shows up on albums, is probably a condensation of two titles, points out Paul de Grae; "Moving in Decency" and "For the Sake of Old Decency." The tune appears to have County Clare associations, particularly with flute players.
