MY LITTLE GIRL. AKA and see "My Pretty Girl," "Tucker's Waltz." Canada, New England, Dance Tune (4/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). One part. A singing square dance call from the mid-20th century. It was popular in the old New England dances that predated the "contra" moniker, and was in the repertory of such "pre-revival" legends as Glenn Pease and Duke Miller.
