Back to My King has Landed at Moidart

MY KING HAS LANDED AT MOIDART. Scottish, Pipe Pibroch. This pipe pibroch commemorates the spot where Bonnie Prince Charlie first stepped foot on Scottish soil during the Jacobite rising of 1745. It is said to have been composed on the spot at the time of the landing (although this is disputed) by a member of the piping family of MacIntyres from Rannoch, one John MacIntyre (Collinson, 1975).
