NO POWER ON EARTH CAN E'ER DIVIDE. AKA and see "Irish Howl." English, Air. "No power on earth can e'er divide" is a song set to the tune "Irish Howl" in John Gay's Beggar's Opera of 1729. It also can be found in the third volume of Playford's Dancing Master (c. 1726).
