OLD HAG IN THE CORNER [1], THE. AKA and see "Hare in the Corn (6)," "Rathawaun." Irish, Jig. D Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCCDD. Jerry O'Sullivan & Brian McCandless (2005) are of the opinion that the melody "could have been composed on no other instrument than the uilleann pipes; it is a piping jig through and through."
