OLD PLUNK, THE. American, "Banjo Jig" (2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A syncopated banjo melody, by title and melody. The term 'banjo jig', while also referencing the instrument, also describes tunes in the "straight jig" and "sand jig" category.
