HUMOURS OF GLENFLESK, THE. AKA and see "Limerick Lass (The)," "Maguire's Kick," "Negus for Gentlemen," "Punch for Ladies (1)," "Punch for the Ladies (1)," "Rolling Waves (1) (The)." Irish, Jig. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The town of Glenflesk lies southeast of Killarney, near the Cork-Kerry border. The first strain is nearly identical to that of "Lonesome Jig (1) (The)" and "Old Woman's Purse of Money (2) (The)."
