ORACLE [2], THE. Scottish, Strathspey. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The tune is attributed to Scots fiddler/composer biography:J. Scott Skinner (1842-1927) by J. Murdoch Henderson, although it does not appear in Skinner's own published compositions.
