OVER THE HILLS AND FAR AWAY [3]. AKA and see "Green Grow the Rushes O." American, March. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The title in this case is a floating title in southwestern Pennsylvania fife tradition for the Scottish melody "Green Grow the Rushes O."
