PADDY'S PET. AKA and see “Mama’s Pet (1).” Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The tune is usually known nowadays as "Mama's Pet." O'Neill already had a "Mama's Pet," a different tune, in Waifs and Strays of Gaelic Melody (1922), and so this became "Paddy's Pet."
