WARFIELD [1]. Old Time, Breakdown. USA; West Virginia, Kentucky. G Major. John Scotland Hannah sings:

Naugytuck’s done gone dry, dry, Naugytuck’s done gone dry.

Warfield and Naugatuck are two towns on opposite sides of the Tug fork of the Big Sandy River, one in Kentucky and the other in West Virginia. The Williamson Brothers & Curry who recorded the tune in the 1920’s, sang similar lyrics (see also the Henry Truvillon AFS recording.)
