BIDDY THE DARLING (Bidí an Muirnín). Irish, Single Jig (12/8 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. See also the related "Rosie Finn's Favourite," recorded by the Bothy Band. The tune was collected by Samuel Bayard in fife tradition in southwestern Pennsylvania under the title "Green Cockade (1) (The)."
