FAIRY BELL WALTZ (THE). American, Waltz (3/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCCDD. "Fairy Bell Waltz" appears in the music manuscript copybook of American musician M.E. Eames, dated 1859. Unfortunately, nothing is known of Eames. He attributes the tune to "Ed. Howe Jr., 1845," but whether this is the composer or Eames' source is not known.
