WHAT SHALL I DO TO SHOW HOW MUCH I LOVE HER? English, Air. D Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). The air is by the English composer Henry Purcell, from his History of Dioclesian. It was also published by John Gay in his The Beggar's Opera (1729, where it appears as "Virgins are like the fair flower"), and in D'Urfey's Pills to Purge Melancholy, Vol. IV.
