COW CROSS' THE ROAD [1]. AKA and see "Old Cow Crossing the Road/Old Cow She Crossed the Road (The)," "Pop Weir Tune." American, Polka (4/4 time). USA, southwestern Pa. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABB. Bayard (1981) identifies it as a tune reworked for the fiddle and probably taken from a fairly recent song tune.
