QUIGLEY'S REEL. AKA and see "Atlanta Hornpipe," "Batchelder's Reel." New England, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Composed by Nelson, New Hampshire, fiddler Al(bert) Quigley (Nelson, N.H.), who used to play for Ralph Page's dances. Page [1] (1903-1985) called him one of "the best fiddlers of my own era."
