OFF TO SKELLIGS--FIFTH FIGURE. AKA and see "Charlie O'Neill's," "Gallope (An)," "Gallop Hey," "Kerry Polka (The)," "Paddy Spillane's (2)," "Port Dalaig (5) and "Port Dalaig (6)." Irish, Quadrille Part (2/4 time). A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BAA'CA'A'. Parts of this figure also appear in the Pennsylvania-collected "Ben Walker's Walk Around." The first strain of "Off to Skelligs--Fifth Figure" is the same as that of Capt. Simon Fraser's reel "Rendezvous (The)" (1816), although other parts differ.
