NANCY'S GOT A PRETTY DRESS ON. Old-Time, Breakdown. The tune was recorded by collector Alan Lomax in 1959 from the playing of Ozarks fiddler Absie Morrison (Landis, Searcy County, Arkansas). "Blue Mule" or "Old Blue Mule" is a related melody.
