COCO BRAM. AKA and see "Bang It Up," "Opera Hat (The)." English, Rant. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Thomas Wilson (Companion to the Ballroom, 1815, p. 119) printed the tune under the title "Russian Dance (2) (A)." Versions can also be found in 19th century musicians' manuscript collections as "Bang it Up" (James Goodman, County Cork) and "Opera Hat (The)."
