WALTZ IN THE HOUSE, THE. Canadian, Waltz (3/4 time). Canada, Newfoundland. Composed by Black Duck Creek, Newfoundland, fiddler Emile Benoit (1913-1992). He visited the new house of friends in Topsail, where there was only one chair. He sat and composed this tune on the occasion.
