Tune properties and standard notation

EASTER EVE. English, Country Dance Tune (cut time). G Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The country dance was first published by Henry Playford in the 11th edition of the Dancing Master (1701, p. 287) and in subsequent editions, through the 14th edition of 1709, after which it was dropped from the series. "Easter Eve" also was published in Walsh's Compleat Country Dancing-Master of 1731 (p. 93), and retained in the 1754 edition of that volume.
