TRIP TO THE DARGLE, A. English, Country Dance Tune. The tune was one of several played as an accompaniment to a dance set called "Irish Lilt" performed at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. The other tunes were "Irish Lilt (8)," "Priest in His Boots," "She la na Gig," and "Lango Lee."
