BAKER'S REEL [1], THE (Ríl an Bháicéara). AKA and see "Acrobat's Reel," "Whistler and His Dog (The)." Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. The melody is from Breathnach's own manuscripts. Paul de Grae finds variants in Ryan's Mammoth Collection (1883, p. 137) under the title "Spit Fire Reel."
