Source for notated version: - learned at jamborees of the Original Michigan Fiddlers' Association from Bob Fleck (Michigan) who had the tune from Arthur Kole (Long Lake, Michigan) [Johnson. Johnson also states she later heard the tune played by a German band at an Oktoberfest in Cincinnati, Ohio].
