Source for notated version: "Fielding" [O'Neill]. The Rev. James K. Fielding was a Chicago priest "widely known as a proponent of traditional Irish pastimes." He was born in Mooncoin, County Kilkenny, in the 1860's, where he learned to play the flute. Fielding is credited as the source of a number of tunes in Music of Ireland.
