The first strain is a variant of the first strain of "Dance All Night/Give the Fiddler a Dram (1)." The second strain, in 5/4 meter, is unique to source biography:Absie Morrison's playing. He liked tunes with historical connotations (see his "British March" which he also associated with the surrender at Yorktown), although the origins of this tune are obscure.
