"Irish Girl [8]" is the second tune of a medley released as "Irish Girl", recorded by fiddler biography:Packie Dolan for Victor Records in 1929. Researcher Conor Ward has found the reel as "Blue Breeches (The)" in a few late 19th century fiddler's manuscripts from County Leitrim. The first tune in the medley (a variant of "Daisy Field (The)") can be found as "Irish Girl (5) (The)."
