Tune properties and standard notation

CALIFORNIA HORNPIPE [3]. Scottish, Hornpipe. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A second "California Hornpipe" in Köhlers’ Violin Repository, Book 2 (1881-1885). However, this tune (unlike "California Hornpipe (2)", which was composed by James Hill) is unattributed in the book.
