POINT DE JOUR, LA. Country Dance Tune (2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The first strain of the tune is almost the same as that of "Plaisirs de le Societe (Les)", printed by Steward in the same 1788 volume. It is also shared with the Thompson's "Little Devil (The)," however, the second strains are not related.
