FOREST WHERE THE DEER RESORT, THE (Sud an gleann 'sam be na feidh). AKA and see "Deer Forest (The)." Scottish, Strathspey. D Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. "Sung with inimitable humour by the late Alexander Fraser, Esq. of Culduthel, and the editor's grandfather" (Fraser). It was printed in James Stewart-Robertson's Athole Collection (1884) as "Deer Forest (The)."
