MAN FROM NEWRY, THE (An Fear Ua Inbar-Cinn-Traiga). AKA and see "Gloucester Hornpipe (1) (The)," "Men Of Wrexham's (The)," "Swansea Hornpipe (1)/Swansy Hornpipe." Irish, Hornpipe. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. In England the tune goes by the titles "Gloucester Hornpipe (1) (The)" (from Stephen Baldwin), and, more often the older "Swansea Hornpipe (1)." See also the Welsh variant "Pibddawns Gwŷr Wrecsam"/"Pibddawns Gwyr Wrecsam."
