GARDNER'S DAUGHTER, THE. Scottish, Jig. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. From the John Sutherland music manuscript collection, early 19th century. Sutherland was a Great Highland Bagpiper and Scottish smallpiper from Aberdeenshire, although his manuscript also appears to contain settings for the flute and/or fiddle.
