I learned this tune from a recording of Learnie Everett Fulk (1905-1984) who lived in Olney, Richland Co, IL. Garry Harrison recorded him 11 January 1977. It is No. 335 in Dear Old Illinois, Garry Harrison & Jo Burgess, Pick Away Press, Bloomington IN (2007). Mr. Fulk didn't have a name for it so I called it Blazing Star Schottische on my recording which came out in 1991, not 1981.
