ATLANTIC WAVE, THE (Tonn an Atlantaigh). AKA and see "Lad O'Beirne's Reel (2)," Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning. AABB (Breathnach, Mulvihill): AA'BB' (O'Malley). Composition credited (wrongly) to Martin Mulhaire in publisher Mel Bay's Irish Session Tune Book. Some similarities to "Buckley's Fancy" in Ryan's Mammoth Collection (1883), and "Dublin Porter" in Frank Roche's Collection of Traditional Irish Music vol. 1 (1912).
