AAB. biography:John Hall, who included "Miss Logan's Jig" in his c. 1818 collection, attributed the composition to "Mr. Dely." The subject of the tile, Miss Logan, was probably the sister of Major Logan of Ayr (see note for "annotation:Miss Logan Ayr" for more.
