BOATIN' DOWN THE RIVER. American, Reel (cut or 2/4 time). USA, Missouri. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. Beisswenger & McCann find similarities in the 'A' part with "Shippensport/Shipping Port," and to a lesser extent, "Taney County Breakdown" and "'A' and 'E' Rag"; and in the 'B' part with "Fort Smith" and "Dance Around Molly."
