TAMEEN'S REEL (Ríl Taimín). Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The tune belongs to the “Pretty Girls of Mayo” family of tunes. Paul de Grae finds variants in Ryan’s Mammoth Collection (1883) under the title “Irishman's Love (2) (The),” O’Neill’s “Sweet Biddy of Ballyvourney,” and as "Ceol na gCeártan" ("Music in the Forge") in The Dance Music of Willie Clancy.

Source for notated version : - fiddler Patrick Kelly, 1966 (Cree, Co. Clare, Ireland), who played the tune on tin whistle [Breathnach].
