The strathspey "Brig o' Feugh" was composed by Aberdeenshire fiddler-composer and Scottish dancing master wikipedia:James_Scott_Skinner (1843-1927) as a companion tune to "Brig o' Feugh (The) (Reel)" composed by his mentor and sometimes playing partner, Peter Milne.
