CAPTAIN BLUETT'S MARCH. AKA and see "Grand March of Normal (1)," "Russian (Grand) March." Irish, March. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The march is similar in the first strain to Bellini's "Grand March from the Opera of "Norma"," a popular 19th century march that sometimes appears in fiddlers' manuscript books as "Grand March of Norman (1)."
