ACE OF DIAMONDS. Danish (Originally), American; Contra Dance Tune (4/4 time). F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBC. Laufman indicates the children's couple dance, and presumably the tune, are from Scandinavia. This is confirmed by the parenthetical "Danish" in the Robbins collection.
