CROOKED WAY TO DUBLIN [2], THE. Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'B. A variation of Crooked Way to Dublin (1) (The). The first strain of Roche's "Crooked Way [2]" corresponds with the first strain of "Bellingham Reel (The)," contained in the late 19th/early 20th century music manuscript collection in the possession of Rev. Luke Donnellan (Oriel region, south Ulster). The second strains differ quite a bit melodically but are similar in their structure and harmonic underpinning.
