DEVIL AMONG THE TAILORS [5]. Irish, Reel (cut time). A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The reel "Devil among the Tailors [5]" is contained in the music manuscript collection of biography:Rev. Luke Donnellan (1878-1952), Oriel region, south Ulster. It is not related to other tunes of that name, however, in the original ms. the title "Maid on the Strand" appears with the tune, crossed out, and "Devil among the Tailors" substituted.
