COTILLON DES BAIES-DES-ROCHERS. AKA and see "Déshabille-toi" (Undress yourself). French-Canadian, Cottilon (4/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB (Hart & Sandell): AA'BB' (Ornstein). Collected in the early 1980's by fiddler Lisa Ornstein from guitar player and fiddler Guy Bouchard, who played it to accompany a cotillon dance. "Déshabille-toi" is a song set to the second strain of the melody. The second strain of J.A. Boucher's "Reel des Boulangers" is also cognate with the second strain.
