CUISINIER, LE (The Cook). French-Canadian, Reel (2/4 and 3/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'. Researcher Jean Duval suspects the first strain may have been in 6/8 time instead of 2/4. He points to Isidore Soucy's 1936 recording of "Reel du Berluchon" as a variant.
