HIGHLAND WHISKEY. Scottish, Slow Strathspey. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB (Honeyman, Surenne): AAB (Athole, Gow, Hunter, Kerr, Martin, Skye). Composed by Scottish fiddler Niel Gow on the occasion of the brief banning in 1799 of the distilling of whiskey.
