HILLS OF KESH, THE (Cnocáin na Céise). AKA and see "Blackthorn (2)," "Eel in the Sink (The)," "Irishman's Blackthorn (The)." Irish, Reel. A Mixolydian. AABB. The tune was recorded under the "Hills of Kesh" title in 1921 by the great Galway melodeon player, P.J. Conlon. See also Breathnach's related "Scotch Hunt (2)."
