PUCK'S SCOTCH REEL. AKA and see "Leap Year (1)." American (?), Scottish?; Reel (2/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABA. The first part is similar to, perhaps cognate with, the first parts of "Connaught Reel (4) (A)," "Lucy Campbell (4)," "Reel of Bervie," "Lord Gordon's Reel". The second strains melodically differ, although are harmonically similar.
