From the playing of Keith Corrigan (b. 1933, Valcartier, Qué.). "Valse Hochelaga" was recorded by accordion player Donat Lafleur (1892-1973) for Columbia Records in 1928. Lafleur lived in the Hochelaga neighborhood of Montréal, Québec, as did fiddler Isidore Soucy, with whom Lafleur sometimes recorded.
