REEL DE PIUS BOUDREAU. AKA and see "Braes of Mar (1) (The)," "Reel Acadien (1)," "Reel des noces." French-Canadian, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). The tune was recorded by Montreal fiddler Jean Carignan, who had the reel from Pius Boudreau, a French-Canadian fiddler from the Maritime province of New Brunswick. Compare also with “Belle Catherine (3) (La).”
